Athena40 is an initiative that focuses on strengthening the role of women worldwide, and nurturing female leadership by creating opportunities for women to be recognised, providing them with access to new networks, and increasing knowledge and partnerships.

 

Athena40 is the first-ever global selection of some of the world's most forward-thinking women - those who create positive change in their industries or countries. It is merit-based, with nominations received from the public, and finalists are voted by a panel of 58 independent, international judges.
